the basement floors.
There
are 3 buildings on the first floor around the pool. At one
end of the pool is the main building with living room on
one side and on the other the kitchen and dining in open
space. Behind the kitchen is a storage room and a guest
toilet. On either side of the pool are a building with a
bedroom and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
On
the second floor of the main building are two more bedrooms
on either side of the stairs. both with en-suite bathrooms.
On
the first basement floor is located a home theatre, a home
gym, a bedroom/office area and bathroom. In the lower basement
floor are two maid's rooms with their own bathroom and a
kitchen. The laundry room is also on that floor.
This
luxurious villa is also available for rent. During high
and low season the minimum rental period is 3 days whereas
in peak season (16.12. to 10.01.) it is 7 days. Cleaning
and laundry service is included in the price. If the stay
is over 7 days the airport transfer is free of charge. The
house is equipped with satellite TV and ADSL. Long term
rentals will be considered with the condition to allow viewing
by potential buyers.
The
price is “as seen”, so includes all furniture,
audio/visual equipment, bedding, cutlery, etc.
