The
Residences at W Koh Samui is an integrated resort development
comprising a 75-key all
villa Hotel and 17 private residences. The 17 private residences
are for sale. Starwood’s
W Hotels is the appointed operator for the hotel and residences.
The resort is located on a 65 rai (approximately 27 acres)
headland site out of which 27 rai
(approx 11 acres) are dedicated to the residences between
Bophut and Maenam, approximately
20 minutes from Samui International Airport.
The Residences will be located on the headland part of the
site, with uninterrupted sea views and
views towards Koh Phangan and Bophut Beach. The villa plot
sizes range from 1,000 to 2,642 sqm with total built up
area ranging from 515 to 1,169 sqm. The hotel villas are
located adjacent to the residences.
The
residences will be completed no later than end of 2012.
Starwood will make the rental
program available to residence buyers when the entire residential
project is 100% complete.

conditions in detail. Owners who chose not to participate
not in the rental programme may use their Residence any
time of the year without prior notice required. Owners that
have opted for the rental programme may use their Residence
for an unlimited period of time during the year but will
need to give notice to the Hotel within an agreed timeframe
in advance prior to their desired usage period.
